The Summer of 2020 will see the introduction of a brand-new Summer Solstice tour to celebrate the unique spectacle.
December 21st is the longest day of the year and marks the celebration of the Summer Solstice! Guests will flock to Capricorn Caves to witness one of the most spectacular natural phenomena’s in the Southern Hemisphere. Over a 4-week period, the alignment of the sun along the tropic of Capricorn lights up the Belfry Cave for guests to experience. Expert guides will enlighten guests with stories of solstice celebrations from around the world, teach the science behind what guests are seeing, put on a dazzling show with the light beam and allow a photo opportunity not to be missed.
The 1-hour tour will depart at 11:00 am and 11:30 am from the 12th December till the 9th January.
